ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
The price of our items are inclusive of tax, the VAT being not applicable to our sales in accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code.
They are in Euros, excluding the contribution to the processing and sending costs. AMTM reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the items will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the booking of the orders subject to the availability of the items. All the orders are payable in Euros regardless of their origin. If the order is to be sent to another country than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the concerned product(s). Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or taxes are likely to be demanded. These duties and amounts are not the responsibility of AMTM. They will be charged to the customer and under his/her full responsibility regarding the declarations and the payments to the relevant authorities and organizations of your country. We advise you to ask your local authorities about these issues. The data the online payment system will record are the proof of the financial transactions. The items are the property of AMTM until the full payment in principal and interests. The purchase of items is a sale and is not entitled to tax reduction (only donations legally can).

ARTICLE 2 – ORDER
The data recorded by AMTM are the proof of all the transactions between AMTM and its customers. AMTM reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of an earlier bill. AMTM commits to honor the orders it receives on its website only subject to the availability of the items in the stock. In case the item is unavailable after receipt of the payment of the order, you will be informed and refunded as soon as possible. The buyer is committed by the information he/she gave when placing the order

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases is only made:
- at the time of the order, by cards: CB, Visa etc.
- on receipt of a check with the references of the online order
Pursuant to Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, penalties for late payment are due on the day following the date of payment appearing on the invoice in case the owed amounts are paid after that date. The interest rate of these penalties is determined in accordance with the legislation in force.
A payment made before the settlement date stipulated on the invoice will note entitle any discount.
The website amtm.org has a security system stated on the site.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
The items are delivered to the shipping address you gave when ordering the items.
The delivery time is about of 72 hours, corresponding to the post treatment average time.
AMTM cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in the delivery caused by the Post Office.
The amount of the processing and sending costs is shown on the order form.

ARTICLE 5 – RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND
The customer has to check the condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
No claim will be taken into account after a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of return, only the price of the purchased item(s) will be refunded, provided that they are not incomplete or damaged on the one hand, that they are returned in their original packaging on the other hand. The shipping and return costs will be at your charge.
- In case the delivered goods are not conform to your order or if the goods are damaged, we shall give you a refund or exchange the items. In that case, we shall give you a refund on the shipping and return costs on production of receipts. However, the amount of the refund of the return costs will not exceed 1.5 times the amount of the charged sending costs.
The refund will be within one month after we have received the items back. It will be transferred via the online payment system directly to the account of the credit card used for the initial transaction, or by check sent to the customer who placed the ordered and to the billing address.
No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason may be. The returns are to be made to the address appearing on the delivery note attached to the parcel.

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY
The photographs and texts reproducing and illustrating the items are not contractual. Accordingly, AMTM is not liable in case of mistake in one of these photographs or of these texts.
AMTM is not liable for the non-fulfillment of the contract in case of stock shortage or unavailable item, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transportations and/or communications, floods, fire.
AMTM is not liable for any indirect damage due to these (exchange rate loss, damages, costs, etc.)

The personal information you give us allow AMTM to deal with your order and to enhance and customize the communication and offer of the items we propose.
According to the French law “Informatique et Libertés” dated January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object your data.

ARTICLE 8 – COPYRIGHT
All the texts, pictures, etc. reproduced in the documents, products and amtm.org and shop.amtm.org sites are reserved under the worldwide copyright. For this reason and according to the Copyright Code, only the use for private purposes is permitted subject to different or more restrictive dispositions of the Copyright Code. Without prior authorization from AMTM, any other use constitutes infringement and will be punished under the Copyright Code.

ARTICLE 9 – COPYRIGHT
This contract is made under the French law.
In case of dispute, the jurisdictions of the Court of Appeal of Versailles will be competent.
